Report writing

In Week 8 my class was doing report writing. It was our choice. My buddy Idika and I were doing the statue of Te Winika. It was so fun doing writing on the chrome book. We were taking turns writing it and reading it, so it was fair. We were sharing our ideas and asking the internet to answer. For example, we asked how old is Te Winika? ‘ It is 200 years old.’ My buddy and I have finished writing, now we need to add some pictures. Our class is peaceful and calm that's why we are finished. We did a lot of paragraphs. My teacher said ‘it is amazing’.

A snippet:
Te Winika, a big waka, sits in the Waikato NZ Museum. At the front of Te Winika are two big eyes. Made of white big feathers. Around the waka it is all carved and designed. Around the waka it is carved and it tells stories of NZ and Maori. By the riverbank a new rusty brown wooden sculpture of Te Winika has been put up, opposite Memorial Park.
