MAGNETIC MADNESS!
This week we were working with magnets for a scientific
experiment. We used a magnet, some clay, and a thin
wooden golf tee to make a compass. We did this so we
could find and record the direction on North comparing it
to a real compass.

Whaea Georgia and Ruben are seeing how strong the magnet really is! They do this by making a paper clip train and connecting as many paper clips to the magnet before the train breaks. We found that the bigger magnet held more paper clips than the little magnet. We wondered why this was happening?
