Firstly we found out what ingredients were actually in milo.... milk powder, sugar, cocoa and malted barley.
We looked at a spoon of milo and had a feel of it. It felt 'gritty' and 'lumpy'.
Then we mixed it with water to watch it change from a solid to a liquid. We watched the 'particles' of the milo 'absorb' the water.
Then we made jugs of milo and made it extra delicious by adding milk. Mmmmmmm!
When we made Milo it felt really weird when we mixed water and Milo .It felt like some dry dirt but a bit wet.
