We have been working really hard to master our kicking so we can move with pace through the water.
We know we have to kick from the hips and have our legs long and relaxed. We know that huge elephant knees slow us down!
How do you think we are doing?

How cool are you all room 11? Keep up the good swimming practice!
ReplyDeleteGreat video and pleased to see some of you with such straight legged kicking. Pretty handy for cooling down on a hot day too. Keep trying build powerful kicks by not bending your knees too much. Maybe you could make a mother video in a week and see if your work has paid off.

Great work on your swimming room 11. I'll have to show my class so that they remember to keep their legs straight when kicking when they are competing in swimming sports on Tuesday. Good to see the pool is nice and clean. When I was at Ham East in term 3 last year, the pool was green and slimy!!
