Mathematicians in Room 11
Room 11 has been working hard on our Maths this year. We have been problem solvers and are capable of figuring out many two step and three step questions! This term we are learning about fractions, decimals and percentages.
At the moment we are using real life situations so they are relevant to us. In this problem solving quesion we were figuring out how much party food we could share between three people. Take a look at some of our working out methods. We love to use the whiteboards and work with a partner to discuss our ideas and help us problem solve.
