Kia ora whanau!
We are living through some strange times at the moment and all teachers are trying hard to work out the best way to stay connected with you and support your learning.
It is great if you can do a bit of reading, a bit of writing and a bit of maths each day but remember, this doesn't have to look like it does in our classrooms. Here are some ideas for keeping your brains going and staying creative while we can't be together in Tui Hub, and we'd love you to share what you do with us.
Sarah and Edie are available via email and to look at any work you do in your Google Drive, please share it to us and we can communicate like that.
Take care

dear Sarah I've shared a slide show to my school account seeing as i could not share it with you i give you full permission to leave a comment with Borden for the holidays of covid-19 Sorcha
ReplyDeleteHi Sorcha, share it to my email: sstevenson@hameast.school.nz :)
DeleteHi Sorcha, what do you mean by Borden? Can you share your slide show with me too please - it's joneil@hameast.school.nz I look forward to seeing it! I hope you're managing to get some fresh air during this time and maybe doing some baking too?!
ReplyDeleteShould we download to here there answers or do we keep them for ourselves 😊
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great question! Sarah and Edie would love to see any of the work that our learners are doing. If they are working in Google Drive they can share their work with us (just as they do at school), or if they are working on paper then they could take a photo of it and email it to us. We can then either just have a look ourselves, or we could publish it in a post to the blog. At the moment we are sharing work on the 'Our home learning' page which you can find above these posts. Please feel free to email either of us with any questions you have, our email addresses are - Edie: efisher@hameast.school.nz or Sarah: sstevenson@hameast.school.nz
