Is it Cheese?

Tui Hub have had lots of fun with the School Kit Resource:  Is It Cheese?

We have made plastic out of milk and vinegar.

We mixed milk with Red Bull to see if it made cheese.  We are not too sure that it did but Daya enjoyed tasting the mixture.

We made paneer.  The boys' paneer did not turn out quite as well as the girls.  Probably because we used real lemon juice in the girls' paneer and heated it for a little bit longer.
