Maori Language Week

This week is Maori Language Week.

On Monday we have Matua Peter and Whaea Karrin coming in to read Maori Myths and Legends to us. We will be doing some follow up activities after their visit so we develop more of an understanding about Maori beliefs.

We will also be weaving this week.

    It was fun making these.We had to go though a hard process but in the end the all look great!!!
    Hopefully people didn't trace but the still would look like quality art.
