Cheesy!!!!!

This term we are looking at the science behind making cheese and plastic!!! We were lucky enough  to get an 'Is it cheese' kit from School kit and DairyNZ and we will be looking at what cheese is and how it is made. 

We have started by looking at milk: one glass of milk in the fridge and one in the classroom. We will look at them each day for two weeks and see what happens. 

Looking at the glass of milk we asked ourselves 'Is it cheese?'
